These Terms govern your use of the My Digital Planner website at mydigitalplanner.co and the products sold on it, operated by Abdul Rahim LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Products
We sell digital products, including downloadable and printable planners (PDF and similar formats) and access to online planner tools. Digital products are delivered electronically; nothing is shipped physically.
2. License & Permitted Use
When you buy a planner, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Unless a product is explicitly sold with resale or Private Label Rights (PLR/MRR), you may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or claim authorship of our products. All content, designs, and branding remain the intellectual property of Abdul Rahim LLC.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed on the Site and may change at any time. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers (such as PayPal). You agree to provide accurate billing information.
4. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once a file has been downloaded or online access has been granted. However, we want you to be happy:
- If a file is defective, corrupted, or the wrong item was delivered, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the file or issue a refund.
- If you were charged in error or made a duplicate purchase, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Refunds are not offered simply because you changed your mind after downloading, or because the product does not fit a use it was not described for.
To request a refund, email info@mydigitalplanner.co with your order number and a description of the issue.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
6. Wellbeing Disclaimer
My Digital Planner products are productivity and organization tools. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD or any condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abdul Rahim LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, as reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
