This Privacy Policy explains how Abdul Rahim LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information across the My Digital Planner website at mydigitalplanner.co (the “Site”) and the My Digital Planner mobile application (the “App”). We believe in collecting as little as possible and keeping your planning private.
1. Information We Collect
On the website (mydigitalplanner.co). When you browse, create a planner, or buy a digital product, we may collect your name, email address, billing details, order history, and technical data such as IP address and browser type. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as PayPal); we do not store your full card details.
In the mobile app. Your tasks, planners, notes, moods, and habits are stored locally on your device. We do not read this content on our servers unless you enable an optional cloud backup feature. The free version of the App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect a device advertising identifier, approximate (non-precise) location derived from IP, and app-interaction data to serve and measure ads. Purchases of the Pro upgrade are handled by Google Play Billing.
We do not collect your contacts, precise GPS location, SMS, or microphone data.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide planners, process orders, and deliver digital downloads.
- To operate and maintain the App’s planning features.
- To display and measure advertising in the free version of the App.
- To process purchases and provide customer support.
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve our products.

My Digital Planner is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep order and account records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax obligations. App content stored on your device is removed when you delete the App. You may request access to or deletion of the data we hold about you by emailing us at the address below.
7. Your Choices
- Reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings.
- Upgrade to Pro to remove ads in the App.
- Manage cookies through your browser.
- Request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
